The DSHS Jurisprudence Catalog contains the following exam offerings:

TX State Board of Examiners of Dietitians
TX State Board of Examiners of Marriage & Family Therapists
Texas Midwifery Board		 Perfusionist Licensing Program
TX State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors
TX State Board of Social Worker Examiners
Although required by law, the DSHS Jurisprudence Exam is offered for each licensing board or program as a learning experience.
Each exam tests and affirms your knowledge of the applicable rules/laws/codes for your area of specialization.
No advance preparation or study is necessary.  The content for each is included within the exam questions in the form of links to the applicable rules or codes.
Easy-to-follow instructions on how to complete each exam are included in the exam itself and can be printed before you begin.
The duration listed in the catalog for each exam is an estimate only. There is NO TIME LIMIT for any exam and each one is a "No Fail" format.
After you create your Online Learning Account during your checkout, you may return as often as desired to complete your exam.
Each exam includes a Certificate of Completion, available after your successful completion, for validation purposes.

Purchasing your exam for the First Time
If you are required to take the "no-fail" jurisprudence exam for a new license or license renewal, you must purchase the current exam.
DO NOT CHECKOUT TWICE FOR THE SAME EXAM.
First time users will create a new Online Learning Account during checkout. Use your email address to create your login id.  An email confirming your purchase and your account information will be sent to the address you specify as your login.  If you have already completed your checkout, your exam is assigned to your Online Learning Account.  Go to the next step to login to your account and access your exam.

Returning for Another Purchase Returning for another exam?  Users who have already purchased and completed an exam for a past license period and are due again, will need to purchase the current exam. You ALREADY HAVE an Online Learning Account.  You will enter your login and password as a returning user during your checkout.  Your login id is your email address.
Start or Resume Your Exam You have already purchased your exam and now you want to complete or review it.
Log back in to your Online Learning Account and continue or finish your exam.
